Do you take custom orders?
Yes, we do custom orders. Kindly contact me with request. If specific colors are requested, please feel free to send me an example of the color/s. I will make a test skein for approval by customer, before completing a full order.
Payment methods?
Manual payments (EFT), - invoice containing banking details will be sent via e-mail
PayPal payments
iKhokha Debit and Credit card payments

Return Policy?
14 day Return Policy. Return fees for customer account. Full refund will be made on returned goods. Kindly contact me before returning product. I would love to be able to assist you and listen to your complaint. Customer satisfaction is very important to me. Always remember colors may vary slightly from photo and that batches are dyed separately and there may be variance in color between different batches. I do strive to get the results as close as possible.
