Our automated shipping calculator is based on DHL EXPRESS rates. DHL offers the fasted delivery times, is reliable and is the preferred courier for most of our customers.

Shipping calculators are notoriously unreliable we therefore strongly recommend that you request a shipping quote, if the shipping cost seems disproportional. All that is required is an e-mail to leighvv3@gmail.com or WhatsApp +27 83 564 4605 with the quantity and your shipping address. You could also suggest a preferred courier if you have one in mind.

Kindly note in many cases there are more economical shipping options available, usually with longer waiting periods. We would like to hear from you. We are a custom wool company and interacting with potential customers is essential to our core business. For orders in excess of 2kg and depending on your location we will consider subsidizing a part of the shipping cost.

Shipping risk and insurance is our responsibility until the package is delivered at the stated address. Full insurance is included in the shipping cost quoted.

DHL minimum package is 1kg. For packages less than 0.5kg other shipping options will be explored if requested.
